Hi Mel, I slice crook neck yellow or the round yellow summer squash or there's

one more that looks like yellow zucchini, is the scalipini or a name similiar? I

also use sliced cherry tomatoes in this recipe sometimes. It's good scooped on

toast also or on top of rice or as a side dish. My darn email sends before I

even start to type so if there's a blank email here or there then you know what

happened. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! LOL Donna
