Cooking with Lentils?

Hello all,

 

I've had canned lentil soup, and I thought I'd try it myself so I

bought a few cans of plain lentils. There was celery in the soup, but I

can't remember anything else specifically. Does anyone here have any

good recipes for lentil soup or anything else with canned lentils?
