My name is Julie and I am trying to eat vegetarian again. I made it about six months or so last time. My eight year old son will eat most veggie dishes with me without grumbling, but... the dear husband is another story. So I'm wondering what recommendations do people have for meat substitutes? things I can prepare for the husband and he still thinks he's eating meat? I've been reading all the recipes and I love them! I'm going to try the brussel sprouts soon! My son loves them! Weird child, I know!
