Guest guest
I was just thinking, your blood sugar level might be down. You need your complex carbs too. Brown rice, pasta, lentils are a good source. Don't forget fruits too. Check out the recipes in our files. There are tons of good soups and side dishes and just everything in there. I'm ready to turn into a lentil loaf, I love that recipe. I can eat that every single day I do believe...........LOL Donna change2colors <plm912 wrote: Thanks for your suggestions. I think your right and it may not be the lack of protein. I eat rice and beans often, spinach,(dark greens have protein??? I think, I have tried to learn too much too fast I get confused, LOL) whole wheat bread (although I have cut down on my bread eating. One small loaf of whole wheat bread last for two weeks. I use to eat a lot more bread.) I'll keep a diary of what I eat from now until my Doctors appointment to see if I can find a pattern. I'll try the Whey protein and make some shakes. I read often and really enjoy all your ideas. Thanks <plm912@g...> wrote: > > Hi I have been a vegetarian since Oct of last year. Only I seem to be > getting weaker and weaker as the months go by.
