Guest guest
Welcome to the group, Josie! I have found this group to be a wonderful support system and yes, so full of great ideas. In the files section are tons of recipes, so check that out for ideas. I'm not sure if I've posted this before, but here is a high energy/high protein breakfast that you can eat on the go. Peanut Butter Banner wrap 1 whole wheat tortilla 2 tbsp creamy peanut butter 1/2 bananna, sliced lengthwise 1/4 cup Grape Nuts (this I'm guessing as I usually just grab a handful) Spread peanut butter on tortilla to about 1 " of the edge. Top with bananna slices and Grape Nuts. Roll up and enjoy. Sometimes breakfast can be difficult for me, too. But what I've been doing lately, which is working for me, is eating the same thing for one week and maybe adding in things. This week I'm eating organic mini wheats (at home), then at work maybe I'll munch on a yoghurt, or grapes or a piece of toast & pb.
