I'm a big kohlrabi fan. It's a good source of fiber, vitamin c and potassium

and very low in calories. Mix some in with your broccoli stems when you make

them to see if you like the flavor. I'm sure you will enjoy it. It's won't win

a beauty contest though..............LOL Donna
