Guest guest Posted April 11, 2005 Report Share Posted April 11, 2005 Spring Slaw 1 1/2 lbs. kohlrabi peeled and shredded 2 medium carrots peeled and shredded Dressing 2 tblspns finely chopped onion 1/3 cup low fat sour cream 1/2 cup mayo or vegan mayo 1 tblspn Dijon mustard 2 tblspns lemon juice 1 tblspn fresh dill leaf chopped 1 tblspn chopped fresh parsley Dash of salt & Pepper In a bowl mix all dressing ingredients until well blended and add the kohlrabi & carrots and toss.
