Mmmmmmm We always have French Toast with Challah, of course! It also makes nice bread pudding. Mmmmmmm Add a little cardamom and you have me sold.... :-) There was a restaurant back in SC that for one holiday (Mother's Day, I think) made a special French toast with brioche (similar to challah) and they had whipped cream cheese and macerated strawberries inside.
