It's wonderful over noodles, rice, veggies, pasts, baked potatoes,etc. " Savory Seasoned Sauce " 1/2 lb. firm tofu 3/4 cup vegetable broth or water 1/8 cup canola or olive oil 2 tblspn tamari, soy or Mrs. Braggs 2 tblspn nutritional yeast flakes 1 tblspn dried basil or 2 tblspn chopped fresh basil 2 tblspn lemon juice 1 tsp Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic This makes 2 cups. and takes 4 mins, to prepare Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend.
