Guest guest Posted April 7, 2005 Report Share Posted April 7, 2005 Dumplings 2 cups flour 1 tablsp baking powder 1 cup milk 1/2 tsp salt 3 tablsp butter In bowl mix flour, salt and baking powder and set aside. In sauce pan bring butter and milk to a boil and then add to the dry ingredients. Stir with a fork or knead just until mixture comes together. Divide dough into 16 small portions. Roll each section into a round ball. Gently lay the formed ball (dumpling) on the surface of your simmering broth. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve.
