Hey Shawn,

After I sent that email I was going to say frozen nuts are great. Don't eat

frozen macadamia's since they get too hard. I cracked a molar on one last year.

The teeny slivered almonds are good and the walnuts and pecans are a softer nut

when frozen. now blueberries are also very tasty and I loved slices of frozen

mango and papaya also. Really I never cook frozen peas, I eat them frozen or

thaw on the sink and warm up a bit and eat with dinner.

Come on and try a bag of the mixed veggis frozen and give it a try.......I

haven't tasted a frozen cookie I didn't love. I take a frozen cookie and

crumble it on soy or rice ice cream..Here's a great snack. Take a graham

cracker and place a slice of ice cream on it and some blueberries and then

another slice of ice cream and then another graham cracker wrap in foil and

freeze for an after dinner treat..............Enjoy, Donna

Hi Donna! The frozen fruit sounds good. The frozen cookies are

something i'll definitely have to try. I don't think I could work up

the nerve to eat a frozen veggie, lol.

At my place, though, it's a law that snacks, crackers and nuts go in

the fridge. I've even had frozen mixed nuts - not bad.

Shawn :)

I wasn't allowed candy and snacks often and these fruits and veggies

always tasted wonderful to me. I even eat my cookies

frozen............Donna
