Edamame Hi Veronica fava beans

Take the outer pod off and then peel the inner shell off and there's a tender

bean inside. Just steam them for a few minutes and enjoy plain or add to

dishes. The first time I made them I left the second skin on and it was a

little bitter and just didn't taste good, strange texture....LOL I actual bean

takes a bit of work to reach but it's worth it...........D
