Guest guest
Take the outer pod off and then peel the inner shell off and there's a tender bean inside. Just steam them for a few minutes and enjoy plain or add to dishes. The first time I made them I left the second skin on and it was a little bitter and just didn't taste good, strange texture....LOL I actual bean takes a bit of work to reach but it's worth it...........D Diamond Dog <diamonddog wrote:I've had canned ones (already shelled) but I can never figure out how to make the ones with shells.
