That's what I thought. They seem so soggy after they are cooked so I never

tried....Do you like fava beans? Now those have two shells ( the pod and then

another skin) on them. I think they are delicious if you want to take the time

to get to the bean..........Donna

I've had canned ones (already shelled) but I can never figure out how to

make the ones with shells. :)
