I see you mentioned taking them out of the peel and the market lady warned/questioned and made sure I knew that one of the frozen bags had them in peels. I have some bazmati rice so I think I might lay them on top of that - maybe even work in the " vegetarian " mushroom/oyster sauce. Thanks again.
