Guest guest
You can boil them for 5 mins in seasoned water. I use a bit of celtic or sea salt and 2 cloves of crushed garlic. Slip them from the peel, put on top of steamed rice and sprinkle some ponzu dipping sauce and toasted sesame seeds on top or even some crushed seaweed flakes and eat. Delicious. You can boil some hot chili peppers with them too..Donna matrixenos <matrixenos wrote: Last week I picked up some edamame beans (2 bags, one in pods and one not) and I was wondering if any of you have any interesing ideas for them. I remember someone mentioning them (I had no clue what they were until I saw the bags) in the group. I'll backtrack through the messages and check out the files section. Until then, any idears out there? Thanks. Shawn I just checked the pack and realized it was Wel-Pac same brand as the kombu i got. Must be a big company.
