You will love it. I got mine at Whole Foods and it's in a plastic shaker bottle

around 5 inches high or so. It doesn't have that salty sodium taste and really

enhances that food and you only need a little..........Enjoy, D

P/S I'm going to try your Nature's loaf tonight with the mix my friend sent me

from Germany if time permits. I can't wait.
