Guest guest
http://www.aebleskiver.net/ I looked in all my Scandinavian cookbooks books Jenni and couldn't find a vegan version. Might have something to do with folding the beaten egg whites into the batter. Here's a web address and they have an area where you can contact them. Hope this helps you.................Donna " A smile is a curve that sets all things straight. "

Guest guest
Well...isn't there a website for nearly everything??!! That was fun to explore, I was trying to guess how they were cooked...imagined they'd be deep fried, but I love those pans and that they aren't!! They are made lots like a waffle...perhaps Jenni if you look for a vegan waffle recipe? m
