yogurt & gelatin - & sour cream

Any organic yogurt will not have gelatin in it.

Try Stonyfield Farms, Nancy's (may not be organic), Cascade, or look

for a local brand. I've found here in Iowa that a local brand tends to

not have a bunch of preservatives nor gelatin.

 

Also, check your Sour Cream labels because the national brands put

gelatin in that, too!
