Yes, well the box is a mix to make the burgers,

it isn't a box of burgers. They are really nice

and not like meat analogs at all. The box of

Nature Burger mix i had in my cupboard didn't

have the recipe for the loaf on it; it had a recipe

for Nature's Primavera Casserole. i looked up the

website for Fantastic Foods and found the

loaf recipe. You can find a picture of the product

and tons more recipes on this site, too.

NATUREÕS BURGER LOAF

 

1 box FANTASTIC FOODS Nature's Burger Vegetarian Entree Mix

1 chopped onion

3 cloves minced garlic

2 stalks chopped celery

1 diced green pepper

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil or butter

1/3 cup black olives

Tomato sauce to taste

 

Prepare FANTASTIC FOODS Nature's Burger

Vegetarian Entree as directed, without forming

into patties. SautŽ 1 chopped onion, 3 cloves garlic,

2 stalks celery, and one diced green pepper in

1 Tbsp. oil or butter. Mix sautŽed vegetables

plus 1/3 cup chopped black olives with burger mix

and press into a non-stick loaf pan. Top with tomato

sauce. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.

Serves 3-4
