Yesterday i made a lentil loaf recipe from

out of the 'Simply Heavenly' monastery

cookbook. Smelled good, and the nibble

i pinched tasted nice. i sprayed a loaf pan

with cooking spray and put it in the frig....

will bake it up for Easter dinner this afternoon.

If it tastes as good as i hope i will share it with

the list on Monday.
