Guest guest
My mother made a mac and cheese that my father adored. I was a kid; I didn;'t know there was any other mac and cheese. In a dutch oven type pan, she baked a mixture of (already boiled) elbow pasta, grated chedar cheese, and a can of tomato paste. She cooked it until the top edge was darkened and crispy.
