Oh, phew... just so long as it isn't bad for us.

i like buying those jars of pre-chopped garlic, too,

even though Rachael Ray on 30-Minute Meals

advocates chopping your own. Depends on my

mood, but i am sure glad for the convenience

of those jarred brands; the " juice " in the bottles

is great stuff for imparting flavor without texture.
