What do you mean it [Garlic powder] isn't very

good? Do you mean not healthful?

Like you, i enjoy the convenience of a sprinkle

of g.p. here and there. It is an easy way to add

a bit of flavor without chunks of it in the food.

i still like the chunks, too, but to make a nice

garlic white sauce for my pizza i like to use some

extra powder to make it even more GAH-licky. *lol*

oh..well I don't know about it not being healthful, I just meant not good like

not giving all the good benefits of the liquid part of the garlic, like for

blood pressure etc.
