Wow, this is bringing back so many lovely memories of mom. She always

used her scales when making any English recipe. It's still on the

wall in the kitchen today. I remember watching her count out cups or

spoonfuls of flour and such right into the scale. And she had her

English glass measuring " cup " for the liquids.
