Taking a leftover for lunch today. TVP and Tofu Protein Burgers 3/4 Cup boiling water 2 Tb Soy Sauce 1 Cup TVP granuales 1/4 Cup finely chopped onion 1 Clove minced garlic 1/2 Lb. firm or extra firm tofu, mashed 1/4 Cup ketchup 1 Tb Dijon mustard 1/4 Ts pepper 1/2 Whole wheat or white flour 1 Tb Olive oil Mix boiled water with soy sauce and pour over TVP, cover and let stand for 10 mins. Mix all ingredients together and form into 6 patties. Place olive oil in a non-stick pan and brown burgers on both side. Let the bugers cool a few minutes to furm up and serve on toasted buns with all the fixings or as a side dish. " A smile is a curve that sets all things straight.
