Yeah! where are all those Stupid Bowl recipes! They should be pouring

in right now so I can prepare properly :-/

We took veggie enchiladas to last year's SB pot luck. They were the

first things gone. So was our dip. We left before the game actually

started and darn...missed the big ruckus.

This year I'm going over to my dad's. I haven't spent much time with

him lately and if we're watching sports, we get along fine. I guess

it's that ability not to have an indepth conversation while the tv is

on that keeps things calm!

Yes, seriously though! Hey, I'm looking for dip recipes for this

Sunday. Please anyone. I don't care if it's a green dip for Philly

or a " Brady Bunch " dip for New England. I just need a fantastic Super

Bowl veg*n dip.

I bought this mix for a cheese log/roll. It's a chile pepper rub type

of thing. The directions are to take some cream cheese and butter

(sorry don't remember the specifics), blend it, form it, chill it and

then roll it in this chile spice mixture. I've never heard of a

cheese log that had butter in it - should be interesting.

I want to make something homemade too and not just partially from a

mixture.

I second the dip request...I don't have any good ones when I need

them. I'll make it to leave for the kids & hubby - I get to got to

a girly party at a fancy tea room during super bowl this year!

Let us know how the buttery cheese ball turns out!
