Guest guest
Hey I made this concoction the other night and it was really good and extremely filling. I sauteed the onions and garlic added just under a cup of Bob's TVP, stirred that up, then added about 3/4 c water. Mixed that up and then added the canned tomatoes. Of course, seasonings, such as red pepper flakes, fresh ground pepper and italian seasoning. When the rice was almost done, I added some medium sized broccoli florets to the TVP mixture and put a lid on to let it steam. Served it over rice. James added some Thai dipping sauce to his portion. I add some more hot sauce. Perfect one bowl meal! Thanks for the great quickie recipe, Donna! , " ~ PT ~ " <patchouli_troll> wrote: > > That sounds very good, Donna.
