Guest guest
=) I went vegetarian 12 years ago, and I remember the first times we had tofu... YUCK! I'm sure it was that totally foreign and rather tasteless texture in my mouth that I did not like.. but now I can actually say, and mean it, I love tofu! I never ever (EVER!) would have imagined that I'd enjoy eating tofu.. so I know what you mean about experimenting, and finding what works, and tastes good.. have fun experimenting, and keep your wife wondering! You'll really surprise her when you come up with your own wonderful tofu concoctions! << don't forget to share them with us!! =) >> have a fantastic friday! =) Jenni On Friday, February 4, 2005, at 06:19 AM, Doug wrote: > > Thanks to to all for your responses on freezing tofu.
