Seitan - Hi Tina

Hi Tina,

I do think we are the " Tofu Twins " LOL I have tried it prepared seitan

several different ways and I just don't like it. I sure love sweet and sour

tofu. Have you tried it?..............Donna

I had got some of those Emer'gen C packages

the day before someone posted about them,

and I really like the stuff ! It's handy and

tastes better than my nasty vitamins. I went

back and bought a big box of the packets.

At the same heath food store, I found some

of that seitan. It was in BBQ sauce. I have

to agree with the people who said they didn't

like it ! I found the texture rubbery and

didn't like the taste either. Which is good, I

guess, since it was pretty expensive for a

small package !
