I like tofu most anyway - I press it before using, give a quick boil or I freeze it - depends on the recipe. My kids have all always liked it too - it was a first food for all of them...they loved chasing it around on their trays! We love it marinated and shishkabobbed in the summer! Tempeh - eh...I don't really like it at all. Don't care for the texture and the taste is too, sort of intense and off, for me. I like seitan though!
