Guest guest
Isn't that funny how we all have different tastes? I have a hard time with the tempeh, for some reason I have to chew fast and swallow it. I bread and bake tofu in the oven, grill it marinated on my George Foreman grill, mash it up with mayo and onions and make mock eggless egg salad sandwiches, stir fry it or just eat it plain along with my dinner..........Donna Tina LeBouthillier <tinal999 wrote: Hi, I have never been able to stand tofu, no matter how it's cooked ( or disguised ). But tempeh is really good when it's cut up and lightly sauted. Then I put a little tamari on it, let it cool, and mix with mayonnaise. You can have it in a sandwich, or on lettuce. I think you could use it in place of tofu in recipes. I haven't tried though. Has anyone else ? Tina , Diamond Dog <diamonddog@g...> wrote: > At 04:19 PM 1/20/2005 -0800, you wrote: > >I love it.
