Red Bliss

 

12 red potatoes, skin on

1/4 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons basil paprika and salt to tasteÊ

 

1.Ê Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2.Ê Cut potatoes into 1-inch thick cubes or small

wedges, leaving the skin on.

3.Ê Spread in a single layer on a cookie sheet.

4.Ê Mix basil , paprika, salt and olive oil in a small

bowl or measuring cup.

5.Ê Brush potatoes with olive oil mixture.

6.Ê Bake in oven for 15 minutes.

7.Ê Check with fork for tenderness.

8.Ê (outside should be crispy).
