Guest guest
Hi Pernille, I bake a bunch of extra large potatoes when I have family or friends over. We usually set the table with bowls of toppings for the potatoes and use this as a meal along with salad or maybe a big crock pot of homemade soup on the side. The toppings can be almost anything like onions, grated soy or regular cheese, slices mushrooms, salsa, olives, some guests want cottage cheese or sour cream but there is a vegan sour cream out there too, chives, broccoli, etc. I hope this explains it. Guest guest
Hi Pernille, Sorry I wasn't clear on the 'bar ' definition. It's like Donna describes. Some of our restaurants here have ' salad bars ', where they have dishes of various ingredients and you can make your own salad. I'm guessing the the ' bar ' part would maybe describe a long counter like a bar or tavern would have. It's similar to the Swedeish smorgasbord, I think.
