recipe using canned cream corn Thanks Veronica

I will find some at Whole Foods for him. I'm so happy he stopped his pound of

cheese a day and three servings meat. His cholesterol was 279 at age 17 and now

he feels great and it's down to 169 so I didn't want to ban his Jiffy mix but I

will look for an alternative one. He puts so much in the mix that I doubt he

will even notive a change if there is any. He swears by this recipe. he used

to put over a cup of cheese in it but he's happy with his creamed corn and

ortega chili. Thanks again.............Donna
