As to canned vegetables, corn is about the only one I can do. And tomatoes, if they count as a vegetable. I'd much prefer to get them frozen. But I do remember somewhat fondly from my childhood new potatoes and peas, which I think was an Easter dish, and it all came out of cans. sarah The all-new My - What will yours do?
