I have several more in my recipe database, but these should get you started. In a medium bowl, mix cocoa, flour, baking powder & salt. Combine peanut butter with liqueur and warm in the microwave. It will be kind of gluey. In a large bowl, mix liqueur/peanut butter mixture with sugar. It will be kind of crumbly and won't mix entirely. Whisk in egg whites, applesauce & vanilla. Combine flour mixture with egg mixture.
