How about hot cocoa made with light soy milk (or skim milk if you're not

vegan). You could use sugar sub, if you like, to keep the calories down.

Even with a little sugar it's not too fattening.

 

Here in Israel we get a chocolate soy dessert which is almost fatfree and

has less than 60 calories a serving. I eat one almost every day as an

afternoon snack. Really good stuff!

 

I also have a few recipes for low-fat, low-cal brownies, if you're

interested.

Oh! What about ZenSoy's chocolate pudding? It's reasonably low-cal and

loaded with vitamins. :) Plus it's SOOOO good.
