I have been entertaining the idea of becoming a vegetarian for a while now and thought this might be a good way to start. I've been seriously studying yoga for almost two years now and part of the yogic philosophy is vegetarianism. I also love animals of every kind and although I was raised a carnivore my feelings toward meat eating are changing. I just don't know how to get protein in my diet and that is where I am hoping that a group like yours will help me out. Thanks, I look forward to the postings.
