Hi Rick and all I haven't read this whole thread, and I'm not particularly educated on vegan diets (actually, I'm not educated on vegan at all, because I'm not one) but I was led to believe by a mushroom industry advertising campaign that mushrooms have B12. Is this information incorrect? The ad was promoting mushrooms as " meat for vegetarians " for this reason.
