Here's the update, make sure you take plenty of sublingual B-12 every day. Also, make sure you take extra B-6, and extra Folic acid everyday as well. All three of the things can keep your heart healthy. Click link below to see why. Don't ignore this advice. It's very crucial for all vegans to be aware of this, as low B-12 levels can lead to heart disease! Gary Null pushes this big time too. Make sure and tell any other vegans you know about this.
