Guest guest Posted January 6, 2005 Report Share Posted January 6, 2005 I made my first batch of homemade seitan tonight, then made fajitas out of some of it - they're very tasty:) The only thing is that I would like to texture to come out more like what I have bought in the grocery store, and less like meatloaf (which is how this batch looks).
