Yes, thank you - I'll try that. I used to be able to

get veggie oyster sauce in Oz - but I didn't see the

Thai fish sauce so just didn't use it. I shall be

going to what passes for China Town (we live in

Montreal now) this week so you never know I might be

luckier this time ;=) It doesn't really matter, of

course. I don't like the taste of f*sh anymore anyway,

but some do and it would be nice to have the option of

serving a more 'authentic' dish to others.
