ISO Chow Chow Recipe (not a double-pushed send))

I'd never heard for " chow chow. " My first thought

was, something by Purina. :^) So curious, I did a

Google search. Found this recipe page. Alas, it does

have a few meat recipes. But it also has recipes for

two different chow chows (neither looking like a

Purina product).

Hi,

I hope someone here can help me. I was given a jar of

hot chow chow as a gift. The recipe is not available.

It is homemade though.

It has green and red peppers, onion, cabbage, banana

peppers(?) and is in a sweet and hot liquid base. I'm

not sure of anything else in it.

Does anyone have an idea where I might find a recipe

for this? It is the best I've ever ate.
