Guest guest Posted December 12, 2004 Report Share Posted December 12, 2004 quick curry powder 2 T. ground coriander 2 tsp. ground cumin 2 tsp. ground turmeric 1 tsp. ground cayenne 1 tsp. ground ginger mix spices together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. to bring out the best flavor of the spices, toast the spices in a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat until fragrant.
