Guest guest
Lorelei - I too, would be happy to be your penpal:) If you wish to contact me during eves or weekends, you'll need to use my home addy: amberstorm426 - otherwise, my work addy is debrathompson. I am going vegan after having discovered that I have a milk allergy. I'm still wading my way through, and constantly finding that milk and/or byproducts are on labels I'd have never dreamt of!! On the frappucino end - stay away from the prebottled stuff - buy them at Starbucks (or any of their freshly made coffees for that matter) and you can request that they use soy milk and no whipped cream:) It's the only way I will do coffee outside of home. At home I prefer nut milks:) I don't know if you're going vegetarian or vegan - but, depending on which way you go, you can try Morningstar Farms Hotdogs (vegetarian) (they do contain egg whites:( - but boil them - do not bake. They also make an excellent corny dog:) I've been told to try tofu pups by whitewave, (vegan) but my local stores have been out of them:( I did finally try seitan and I LOVE it!!! It's an excellent meat substitute if you're making curry, stroganoff, etc. That's about it for now - Debra , " loreleicosner " <loreleicosner> wrote: > > Gosh, I caved in a drank a frappuccino last night and that was the > WORST pain I have felt in my life.
