I Forgot your name, but hopefully you'll see this? Though there so many

messages, I've never seen such a successful group, so dunno if you'll find it

amidst the rest.

Anyways!

This is not a receipe but a tip, since I assume people like you probably don't

have time to cook from scratch, yeah?

Go to Trader Joe's to the International foods aisle. Ask for Tasty Bite. They

sell pouches of vegetarian Indian foods that are really well... tasty! Some

combos have 2 pouches, one for Jasmine rice (though it's white and nothing worse

for the body, I'd rather have meat personally as long as it's organic) and one

for the veggies, like sprouted lentils and garbanzos. It comes with a plastic

box w/lid and spoon. You mix the two in the box and pop it in the microwave.

Other single pouches (better without the white rice) are Jaipur Veggies (the

best), Madras Lentils (spicy hot but mildly) and Kashmir Spinach. That one looks

foul (I won't describe it but it looks already digested if you catch my

drift...) but it's actually very delicious!

Anyway, this will give you delicious vegetarian variety and time to yourself,

not spent cooking. Enjoy and let us know if you liked it! (hope you got a Trader

Joe's in your neck of the woods!)
