Anyone have one (this is the vegetable, not the herb.) Fennel is wonderful. I make this for a topping on spaghetti squash. sizzle in liquid of your choice (saute) onions and fennel - equal amounts (I like onion) add minced garlic, add chopped olives and mushrooms, continue to sizzle until mushrooms are " done " to your liking. finally add chopped tomatoes and cook until heated through. serve on top of spaghetti squash add a snip or several of fresh basil.
