Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Sauerkraut and Potatoes Large jar sauerkraut (I use Eden organic) 3 medium potatoes, washed and chopped 2 packets vegan gravy mix Dump sauerkraut and potatoes into a large pot and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender. Mix gravy according to directions on packet and stir into the sauerkraut. Serve with a soup and warm bread. Mmm! This was adapted from an old Ukranian recipe my grandmother used to make.
