Guest guest Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 I wanted to share the express healthy vegetarian pizza I make whenever I get the craving: One slice of whole wheat toast Coated with organic tomato sauce (direct from the can!) A slice of soy or almond cheese And my favorite toppings: Black olive slices Artichoke hearts Jalapenos Soy dog Soy pepperoni etc... Then it goes in the toaster oven. Or if microwaves only, it can go in at very low setting like 4 for 1 minute, I take it out and adjust for more time The variations are endless and it's guilt free!
