Guest guest Posted December 4, 2004 Report Share Posted December 4, 2004 Tacos are a favorite at our house...if you purchase refried beans, read the cans...many use lard, ick!! My family loves black beans, which I simply heat with a little salsa or enchilda sauce, depends what is left over in the fridge then I mash them up, leaving lots of recognizable bean chunks..they like it that way! Easy, easy!! Also - on the topic of beans - I frequently buy canned beans to save time - again I read the labels - many brands add stuff, I like just plain beans & deal with the salt, just don't add it other places. m Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
